The Serbu Super Shorty is a customized short shotgun, manufactured by the Serbu Firearms Company in Tampa, Florida. The company begins with a standard shotgun (usually based on the Maverick 88/Mossberg 500) however the company also provides the option of getting a gun based on a Remington 870. The Serbu Super Shorty is a customized short shotgun, manufactured by the Serbu Firearms Company in Tampa, Florida. The company begins with a standard shotgun which was originally manufactured and shipped without a shoulder stock, and has been declared as a pistol on certain paperwork. Serbu currently manufactures Super Shorties built from Mossberg 500s and Remington 870s, though in the past, most or all (depending on the time) of their guns were built on Maverick 88s.
