The Sentence (Also known as Verdict; Russian title: Приговор, Prigovor) is a 1994 Russian detective movie, based on the novel "Homicidal Lady" by Day Keene. In one of the US states, a major robbery of the bank was committed, as a result of which two guards were killed. In the murder is charged a Jim Conley, a bank employee. With irrefutable evidence, Attorney General Ted Talbot is pass a death sentence for Conley. But a day later one of the witnesses confesses to the murder, a little later was finded his corpse. Talbot's career comes to an end. His friend and assistant Leo Harman, realizing that Talbot cleverly was framed, begins an inconceivable intrigue investigation.

Various Smith & Wesson Pistols

Several policemen uses the various Smith & Wesson pistols.

Leo Harman (Leonid Kuravlyov) stops the policeman from shooting, during the Talbot's escape. The scene is somewhat blurred due to movement.

Lieutenant Keller (Vyacheslav Yezepov) holds the pistol. Note the "low" position of the trigger, typical for S&W pistols. This is another gun, with a blued-plated and a shorter barrel.

A mafia member, disguised as a policeman, holds the pistol.

Ted Talbot (Vsevolod Shilovskiy) uses unknown revolver in one scene. Earlier, one of the fake police officers is also visible with a analogous revolver.

Unknown Revolver 2

Leo Harman (Leonid Kuravlyov) uses unknown revolver in the same scene. The weapons seen very unclearly, but the gun looks like an "old school" Colt or Smith & Wesson. Revolver seems to have a protected in front ejector rod, which makes it rather the S&W.
