SIG-Sauer P226

Alice (Milla Jovovich) is seen dual-wielding SIG-Sauer P226 pistols when engaging Umbrella soldiers at the beginning of the film, which takes place in the immediate aftermath of Resident Evil: Afterlife. This may be a continuity error, as she was not seen using these pistols in the previous film.

Smith & Wesson Model 629 Performance Center

The .44 Magnum Smith & Wesson Model 629 Performance Center is seen carried by Barry Burton (Kevin Durand). Holstered on his vest, the revolver appears to be mocked up to resemble its video game counterpart (which was a .357 Magnum Colt Python). Barry is first seen using it during the car chase through the Moscow simulation.

Submachine Guns

The TDI Vector is the main gun handled by Alice (Milla Jovovich) in the film. The SMG's seen have the stock and foregrips removed. The SMG's are first seen as part of a cache of weapons discovered by Alice and then are dual-wielded by her throughout the film.

The pair of Yugoslavian made Model 61(i) Skorpion submachine guns is seen first being fired while Jill falls from an Umbrella attack ship at the film's opening. This appears to be a continuity error, as the coda scene to Resident Evil: Afterlife, showed her carrying MP9's.
