The Remington Model 11-48 is a recoil operated semi auto shotgun typically used in trapshooting or hunting first manufactured in 1949 and then discontinued in 1968. It was the first new shotgun to be introduced by Remington after World War II. Approximately 455,535 were made between 1949 and 1968 in various Gauges.
