Red Eye is a 2005 American psychological thriller film directed by Wes Craven. The film stars Rachel McAdams as a woman coerced to take part in a plot to assassinate the United States Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security during a red eye flight from Dallas to Miami.

SIG-Sauer P229 in .357 SIG. These agents are protecting a lower level VIP, though, so it may be more flexible. Those on the PPD (Presidential Protection Detail) must use the SIG.

The hitman sent to kill Lisa Reisert's (Rachel McAdams) father is armed with a sound suppressed Beretta 92FS and fires at the windshield of the SUV Lisa stole from the airport before being run over. Lisa's father, Joe Reisert (Brian Cox) later picks it up and uses it to shoot Jack Rippener (Cillian Murphy).
