Ready Player One is the 2018 feature film adaptation of the Ernest Cline novel of the same name. Directed by Steven Spielberg, the film follows Wade Watts (Tye Sheridan), a young gamer living in the year 2045 who is intent on finding the secret Easter Egg hidden in a worldwide virtual reality environment known as the "Oasis". Both the novel and the film features several pop culture references, particularly from films from the 1980's and several iconic weapons from this era are featured.

A Glock 17 is seen in the hand of Nolan Sorrento (Ben Mendelsohn).
IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII
What appears to be a suppresesed IMI Desert Eagle Mark VII in .44 Magnum is held by Wade Watts (Tye Sheridan).
Heckler & Koch Mark 23
A Heckler & Koch Mark 23 with a suppressor is held by Daito (Win Morisaki).

A SIG-Sauer P232 is carried by F'Nale Zandor (Hannah John-Kamen).

The Oasis features several characters from iconic films from the 1980s and other decades, and several weapons from these films are featured.
EM-1 Railgun
The EM-1 Railgun, the fictional railgun from the 1996 film Eraser, is briefly featured as one of the available weapons.
M41A Pulse Rifle
Art3mis (Olivia Cooke) uses the M41A Pulse Rifle from the film Aliens as her weapon of choice in the Oasis.
"Lawgiver II"
Art3mis (Olivia Cooke) also uses several iconic handguns, including what appears to be the "Lawgiver II" from the 1995 feature film adaptation of Judge Dredd.
