Punisher:War Zone is not a sequel to The Punisher, and therefore has a completely different set of firearms.

Colt M4A1
During the final assault, Frank (Ray Stevenson) takes a M4A1 Carbine that has the carry handle removed and has been fitted with a red dot sight, a sound suppresser, and a short version of the AG36 grenade launcher. H&K AG36 Grenade Launcher short verison
Frank Castle shortens an H&K AG36 grenade launcher to make it more light weight.

Custom Smith & Wesson 500 Magnum Revolver
Frank Castle keeps a performance center version of the Smith & Wesson Model 500 as one of his sidearms. He has this stainless compensated version and also one with a black shorter barrel, scope, and laser. A bunch of one of the gangs were given them, some with scopes.
Beretta 92FS
Frank Castle uses twin stainless Berettas with extended mags and converted to full-auto in the movie. The gun expert for the film claimed to have given him Beretta 92FS for the dinner scene, but it definitely looks like Microchip gave him a pair of INOXs for later scenes.
He can't seem to keep them out of his holsters, as well.

Frank Castle (Ray Stevenson) keeps a Strayer Voight Infinity 1911 pistol as one of his sidearms which he keeps in a shoulder holster.
- They were berettas, see above, i saw that this was used in the movie from promotional materials, I still haven't found the scenes
