The Evoker is seen holstered with Makoto Yuki from Persona 3. According to the Persona 3: Official Design Works book, it's based on the Ruger Mark III pistol.

A Norinco Type 54, known as the Makaranov, is used by Joker as one of his starting weapons.

A Ray Gun in the shape of a semi-auto is used by Goro Akechi in his Black Mask suit. The design of the pistol resembles Mag-pul components placed on the slide to make it futuristic.

The Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion returns as Ann's starter weapon.

The Brügger & Thomet GL-06 returns to the game as Haru's starter weapon.
