Evoker
The Evoker is seen as a costume in the game's DLC content for Persona 3. They're seen in holsters only. According to the Persona 3: Official Design Works book, it's based on the Ruger Mark III pistol.
Glock 17
What appear to be Glock 17s are used by armed security guards in an underground casino in the game's prologue. It also shows up as an icon in Confidant subcategory when you look at the player's confidant links. It's also used as an icon in the Protagonist's menu.
Glock 17 SAI
A Glock 17 SAI appears to be used by a Tokyo Metropolitan Police Anti-Firearms Squad officer when The Phantom is arrested in the prologue.
Glock 19
What appears to be a Glock 19 is seen with a TMPD AFS officer when The Phantom is arrested in a raid during the prologue.
IMI Desert Eagle
An IMI Desert Eagle is seen in the game's Equipment menu screen. It's seen in Untouchable, sold in airgun boxes and in a backroom. The Protagonist uses it when the party confronts Yaldabaoth, although it can also be used as one of his main weapons when purchased at Untouchable.
Light Gun Prop
A generic light gun prop is used in an arcade establishment in Akihabara when the Protagonist starts a Co-op link with Shinya Oda.
Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer
A gold Mauser M712 Schnellfeuer is used by detective Goro Akechi as his sidearm when he joins the Phantom Thieves, which shoots lasers instead of regular ammo. A regular M712 is seen sold in Untouchable inside a display case.
M1911A1
A stainless M1911A1 is used by the protagonist as one of his weapons. It's known as Governance. The Riot Police appears to be a better version of the former. Tsuda, Munehisa Iwai's old friend in the Hashiba-gumi, pulls one out during his Co-op event.
Norinco Type 54
The Norinco Type 54 is used by the protagonist aka The Phantom as his starting weapon after he acquires his Persona Arsene, given to him by Ryuji when he and Ryuji investigate Kamoshida's Palace with Morgana. It's known as Tkachev, a reference to the Soviet-made Tokarev TT-33 and its inspiration to numerous clones and copies made worldwide.
SIG-Sauer P226
A two-toned P226 is seen being wielded by the Protagonist during the prologue as his main sidearm. It can also be used as one of his main weapons when purchased at Untouchable.
SIG-Sauer P230
The SIG-Sauer P230 is seen prominently in the hands of Goro Akechi, later equipped with a detachable suppressor. Goro's Shadow double uses it in Shadow Shido's Palace.
Revolvers
The Colt Army/Navy appears to be used by Makoto Nijima after she acquires her Persona Johanna. It's known as Replica Revolver.
Hybrid Revolver
The hybrid revolver is used by the Reaper if the party sticks around a level in Mementos for too long.
Nambu Model 60
A Nambu Model 60 is seen on a Problem Child poster in the Shibuya Underground Mall.
Single Action Army
The icon of the Single Action Army is seen in the menu when you examine Makoto's inventory. It's also used as one of her main weapons. It's known as Peacemaker, a reference to its other known name. The Peacemaker HP appears to be a better version of the former.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is used by some Tokyo Metropolitan Police Anti-Firearms Squad officers while apprehending The Phantom in the game's prologue. The Shadows in Shadow Shido's Palace use them, having the appearance to the AFS or the Special Assaul Team.
Heckler & Koch MP5A4
What appears to be the Heckler & Koch MP5A4 is seen in the hands of TMPD AFS officers responding to a crime in progress in the casino during the game's prologue.
IMI Uzi
An IMI Uzi is seen used by Ann Takamaki as one of her weapons. It's seen as icon in the menu for Ann's inventory.
M1928A1 Thompson
An M1928A1 Thompson is used by Ann as one of her weapons without any buttstock attached, making it look similar to the Auto Ordnance Thompson Lightweight Deluxe Pistol, so that she can use it with one hand during Hold Up Attack scenarios. It's known as Tommy Gun, a reference to its use by various criminal groups in the United States in the Great Depression. The No Mercy is a better version of the former.
Sa. Vz. 61 Skorpion
The Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion is used by Ann as her starting weapon after she acquires her Persona Carmen. It's known as Replica SMG. A stockless version is seen in airgun magazine covers inside the airsoft shop Untouchable.
Sterling L2A3
A Sterling L2A3 is used by Ann as one of her weapons. She uses it with the stock folded. It's known as Sterlidge, a reference to the Sterling name and its use by the British Army.
Assault Rifles
Colt M4A1
A Colt M4A1 is seen inside a room in Untouchable. It's used as an icon in the menu for Yusuke's inventory. It can also be used as one of his main weapons.
GIAT FAMAS F1
A GIAT FAMAS F1 is used by Yusuke Kitagawa as his starting weapon after he acquires his Persona Goemon. It's known as Replica AR.
Izhmash AK-74M
An Izhmash AK-74M is used by Yusuke as of his main weapons.
Battle Rifles
M14 Rifle
What appears to be a M14 Rifle is seen on display behind the counter inside Untouchable.
Shotguns
Benelli M3
The Benelli M3 is used by used by Ryuji Sakamoto as one of his main weapons in the shotgun category. It's known as the Granelli M3. One of the upgrades is called Granelli M3 SP, which makes enemies have Rage status after Ryuji shoots them.
Franchi SPAS-12
A Franchi SPAS-12 is used by Ryuji as one of his main weapons. It's known as the Bianchi SBAS.
Ithaca 37
The Ithaca 37 with a pistol grip is used by Ryuji as one of his main weapons. It's known as Heavy Shotgun. A "Stakeout" model was used by a TMPD AFS officer in the prologue when The Phantom was apprehended. A model statue is seen inside Untouchable holding the shotgun.
Remington Model 31
The Remington Model 31 with a pistol grip is used by Ryuji as his starting weapon after he acquires his Persona Captain Kidd. It's known as Levinson M31.
Remington Model 870
The Remington Model 870 with a pistol grip is used by Ryuji as one of his main weapons.
Machine Guns
M61 Vulcan
A M61 Vulcan is seen attached to Leviathan's weapon when Shadow Nijima changes form in her Palace.
General Dynamics M197
A couple of General Dynamics M197s are seen with Milady when she's summoned by Haru.
Piggytron Machine Guns
The Piggytron in Kaneshiro's Palace is armed with dual machine guns.
Grenade Launchers
ARWEN 37
An ARWEN 37 is used by Haru as one of her main weapons.
Brügger & Thomet GL-06
A Brügger & Thomet GL-06 is used by Haru Okamura as one of her main weapons in the grenade launcher category. It's known as GL Replica.
Milkor MGL Mk 1S
A Milkor MGL Mk 1S is seen on display on top of a shelf inside Untouchable. It's used as the icon for Haru's inventory.
