What appear to be Glock 17s are used by The Phantom and armed security guards in an underground casino in the game's prologue.

The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is used by some Tokyo Metropolitan Police Anti-Firearms Squad officers while apprehending The Phantom in the game's prologue.

What appears to be the Heckler & Koch MP5A4 is seen in the hands of TMPD AFS officers responding to a crime in progress in the casino during the game's prologue.
