In a continuity error, Root appears to pull out a [[SIG-Sauer P229R]] alongside a Smith & Wesson 3914 from behind her back near the end of "Prophets" (S4E05). The pistol later turns into a Smith & Wesson M&P Shield.  Several of the Samaritan operatives are armed with the pistol in the episode. Brooks (Theodora Wooley) and Devon Grice ([[Nick Tarabay]]) are armed with the P229R as their main sidearm, first seen near the end of "Honor Among Thieves" (S4E07). This pistol also appears to be used by NYPD Internal Affairs officer Dani Silva (Adria Arjona) in "Point of Origin" (S4E08) as her main sidearm and by Martine ([[Cara Buono]]) in "The Devil You Know" (S4E09). In "Skip" (S4E18), Francesca “Frankie” Wells ([[Katheryn Winnick]]) is seen using a [[SIG-Sauer P229R]]. Control ([[Camryn Manheim]]) uses it throughout "Asylum" to execute pro-Samaritan moles.

What appears to be a [[Barrett M107CQ]] dressed up as a [[Barrett XM109]] is featured throughout "Pretenders" (S4E06) as members of the Brotherhood are seen illegally importing the sniper rifles into New York City.  Both Reese and Shaw specifically identify the weapon as a "Barrett XM109" and the rifle is said to be loaded with HE rounds. Later in the episode, Elias' right hand man Anthony S. Marconi ([[David Valcin]]), aka "Scarface" is seen using the rifle during the shootout with the Brotherhood. It is equipped with a Barrett BORS (Barrett Optical Ranging System) ballistic computer on top of a Leupold Mark 4 M1 riflescope.

Launchers

CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher

Reese uses a multi-shot grenade launcher loaded with flashbang rounds during a raid on a Brotherhood hideout in Season 4's premiere "Panopticon" (S4E01). Close examination reveals that it is not actually a real grenade launcher, but rather a CAW 40mm Grenade Launcher airsoft launcher. It has been modified with an adapter to allow it to fit and AR-15 stock, and mounts a red dot sight and vertical grip.
