The following weapons are seen/used in the film Nothing But Trouble:

Nothing But Trouble (1991)

Spectre M4

The most prominent weapon in the film, the Spectre M4 SMG is carried by Valkenvania Police Chief Constable Dennis Valkenheiser (John Candy), and used by Constable 'Miss Purdah' (Valri Bromfield). The Spectres in this film have the foregrips and folding-stocks removed.

Spectre M4 W- Removable Foregrip - 9mm.
Spectre SMG carried in the hand of Chief Constable Dennis Valkenheiser (John Candy), after he orders Chris Thorne (Chevy Chase) to follow him.
'..Don't kill me.' Dennis points a Spectre at Arthur (Daniel Baldwin), instantly after he knocks away a Colt Python Snub Arthur pulls on him. Note the missing folding-stock.
Constable 'Miss Purdah' (Valri Bromfield), wields a Spectre.

CAR-15

The main weapon carried by Miss Purdah for most of the film is a CAR-15 rifle.

Commercial CAR-15 semiautomatic Rifle - 5.56x45mm. This is strictly a semiautomatic civilian copy of the XM177 style of rifles.
Miss Purdah aims her CAR-15.
Miss Purdah enters the room, CAR-15 in hand.

Smith & Wesson 659

What appears best to be a Smith & Wesson Model 659 pistol is carried by Miss Purdah in one of her dual reverse-draw holsters - Best seen in the larger shot of when she aims her CAR-15 alongside her vehicle.

Smith & Wesson 659 - 9x19mm.
Miss Purdah has a S&W 659 pistol in her left reverse-draw holster (The closer one shown) as she points her CAR-15.

Second Holstered Pistol

Of course, the pistol in Miss Purdah's other holster. As it's farther away and at an angle it makes identification difficult. It's possibly a different weapon than the S&W 659 on the left holster.

The second pistol in the right holster.
Alternate view of the second pistol.

Currently being debated in the movie's 'Talk' page.

Colt Python Snub-Nose

During a stop, an inebriated crook named Arthur (Daniel Baldwin) pulls a nickel-plated Colt Python Snub-Nose on Dennis, though it gets quickly knocked out of his hand. It is seen again a bit later on the desk of Judge Alvin Valkenheiser (Dan Aykroyd).

Nickel plated Colt Python "snubbie" - .357 magnum
Arthur prepares to pull the Snub-Nosed Colt Python on Dennis.
'Say good-night, copper.' Arthur (or Artie) pulls the Python on Dennis. Upon closer inspection, one will note the vented-rib.
Dennis knocks the Python Snub out of Artie's hands.
The Colt Python Snub on Alvin's desk as he examines the confiscated items from Artie and co.

Beretta 92F

As Judge Alvin Valkenheiser examines the confiscated items, including the Colt shown above, a Beretta 92F semi-auto pistol can be seen on the desk.

Beretta 92F - 9mm
To the upper-right, what appears to be a Beretta 92F (Note squared-off trigger-guard) can be seen amongst the confiscated items.

XM177E2

Interestingly enough, later in the film, Miss Purdah carries what appears to be an actual XM177E2 rifle. Perhaps standing in for the CAR-15.

XM177E2 Carbine aka Colt Model 629 - 5.56x45mm. This was the last variant of the XM177 rifle used in the Vietnam War.
'Right this way, Mr. Snappy-Comeback.' Miss Purdah wields an XM177E2 (or at least, an awfully close lookalike) as she orders Chris to leave the room.
The XM177E2 is seen slung on Miss Purdah's back. Note the notch before the flash hider, and the somewhat short and thick flash hider/suppressor itself.

Walther PPK

Alvin's personal weapon appears to be a stainless Walther PPK pistol. The PPK pistol in this film appears to have engraving on the slide and white (Possibly Ivory) grips.

Walther PPK stainless - 9mm Kurz aka 9x17mm (.380 ACP)
Chris removes the Walther PPK from it's holster as he searches Alvin's room.
Alvin frantically waves and shoots his PPK. It was rather difficult to get a decently clear shot here, as Alvin waves the gun very quickly and erratically, even as he fires off a round. Note engraved stainless barrel and white grips.

Ruger Mini-14

Miss Purdah carries and fires a Ruger Mini-14 rifle with scope and stainless barrel/receiver later on in the film.

Stainless Steel Ruger AC556 Carbine with Full Stock - 5.56x45mm. The AC556 is the militarized selective-fire version of the standard Mini-14.
Miss Purdah fires the Mini-14.
Miss Purdah fires the Mini-14. Note stainless barrel and receiver.

Mossberg 500AT

Towards the end of the film, some State Police Troopers carry what appear best to be standard Mossberg 500AT shotguns (wooden furniture), which I figure mainly because of the dual-action bars.

Mossberg 500AT Shotgun - 12 gauge. Note the wood furniture.
The State Trooper on the right takes up position with what appears to be a Mossberg 500AT. Note wood-grip and dual-action bars. The trooper on the left wields what appears to be a 1911-style pistol.

M16A1

National Guardsmen accompanying the State Troopers are armed with M16A1 rifles with 20-round magazines.

M16A1 with 20 round magazine - 5.56x45mm.

Unknown Revolver

An unknown full-sized revolver (My guess would be a Colt) is wielded by a State Trooper.

A State Trooper takes his position with the full-sized revolver.

Unknown Bolt-Action Rifle

Another State Trooper takes position with a scoped bolt-action rifle of unknown Make/Model.

A trooper aims the bolt-action rifle. Note the rifle still has iron sights.
