NYPD Blue - Season 9 (2001-2002)

The following weapons were used in Season 9 of the television series NYPD Blue:

Handguns

Glock 17

The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by several NYPD detectives in the series, including Det. John Clark Jr. (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) and Lt. Tony Rodriguez (Esai Morales). These pistols are clearly meant to be stand-ins for the Glock 19, which is the correct NYPD-issued sidearm.

Glock 17 2nd Generation - 9x19mm
Good shot of a Glock 17 being held on a suspect by Lt. Rodriguez in the second-part of the two-part season opener "Johnny Got His Gold (Part 2)" (S9E02).
Lt. Rodriguez (Esai Morales) wields a Glock 17 in "Johnny Got His Gold (Part 2)" (S9E02).
A uniformed NYPD officer wields a Glock 17 during a standoff in "Less Is Morte" (S9E18).

Glock 19

Along with the aforementioned Glock 17s, actual issue-accurate Glock 19s are seen carried and used by NYPD officers and detectives, particularly by 15th Squad Detectives Greg Medavoy (Gordon Clapp) and Baldwin Jones (Henry Simmons).

Glock 19 (2nd Generation) - 9x19mm
Det. Baldwin Jones (Henry Simmons) holds a Glock 19 in "Johnny Got His Gold (Part 2)" (S9E02).
Det. Greg Medavoy (Gordon Clapp) wields a Glock 19 in "Johnny Got His Gold (Part 2)" (S9E02).

Smith & Wesson Model 36

The Smith & Wesson Model 36 is the sidearm carried by Detective Andy Sipowicz (Dennis Franz), the senior-most detective in the 15th. Other detectives are seen occasionally carrying/using S&W Model 36s during undercover assignments or as off-duty weapons.

Smith & Wesson 5906

The Smith & Wesson 5906 is seen carried by other detectives and officers (standing-in for the correct-issue 5946), particularly Det. Harold aka "Hank", who often guards interviewees for the 15th squad. Various other characters are also seen with 5906s.

On the right, Hank is seen with the 5906 shoulder-holstered as he leaves the room in "Oedipus Wrecked" (S9E20).
Smith & Wesson 5906, early model - 9x19mm. The early-model 5906 pistols had the finger-step trigger guard, later changed to the rounded trigger guard for 'ease of production'.
Another man falls out of a car with a Smith & Wesson 5906 in-hand in "Hand Job" (S9E14). This particular 5906 is the older early-model version, identified by the finger-step or 'squared'/'hooked' trigger guard.

Beretta 950 Jetfire

A nickeled Beretta Jetfire is prominently seen used by an agitated interviewee Dave Burgess (Daniel Roebuck), to hold Sipowics hostage in the interrogation room in "Oedipus Wrecked" (S9E20).
