The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents in the series including Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), and Timothy McGee (Sean Murray). In "The San Dominick" (S12E05), CGIS (Coast Guard Investigative Service) Special Agent Abigail Borin (Diane Neal) carries the P228.

SIG-Sauer P228 - 9x19mm

Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) fires his SIG-Sauer P228 in the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01).

Special Agent Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) corners a fleeing suspect with his P228 in "So It Goes" (S12E03).

Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) draws his P228 on an assassin in "Choke Hold" (S12E04).

In "The San Dominick" (S12E05), CGIS Special Agent Abigail Borin (Diane Neal) draws her P228.

In "Choke Hold" (S12E04), FBI Special Agent Leia Pendergast (Stephanie Jacobsen) pulls a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380 after losing her Glock 19.

Beretta 92FS

A Beretta 92FS is used by Jaime (Erick Lopez) after being corned by Gibbs near the end of "The San Dominick" (S12E05).

Current American made Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm. Note the slanted dust cover, recurved backstrap and hex grip screws which distinguish this from earlier versions.

Jaime has the 92FS aimed at the hostage in "The San Dominick" (S12E05).

Glock 19

A Glock 19 is used in "Choke Hold" (S12E04) by Dr. Nellie Benin (Victoria Barabas) after she takes it from Leia Pendergast.

What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 36 is found on Captain Tom O'Rourke (Jim Beaver) by Tony in "The San Dominick" (S12E05).

Submachine Guns

Sa. Vz.61 Skorpion

Renaldo Aranda uses a Vz. 61 Skorpion as his main weapon in "The San Dominick" when he announces the hijacking of the SS San Dominick.

AKM (mocked up as AK74M)

In the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01), Sergei Mishnev (Alex Veadov) and his men appear to carry AKM rifles that have been dressed up with synthetic furniture and muzzle brake to make it resemble the AK-74M.

In the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01), Sergei Mishnev (Alex Veadov) appears to carry an AKM rifle that has been dressed up with synthetic furniture and muzzle brake to make it resemble the AK-74M.

Colt M4A1

The Colt M4A1 is seen used by American military personnel in the season.

Sniper Rifles

SVD Dragunov

What appears to be an SVD Dragunov is used by mercenaries under Sergei Mishnev's command in "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01).
