In "Choke Hold" (S12E04), FBI Special Agent Leia Pendergast (Stephanie Jacobsen) pulls a Smith & Wesson Bodyguard 380 after losing her Glock 19.

Glock 19

A Glock 19 is used in "Choke Hold" (S12E04) by Dr. Nellie Benin after she takes it from Leia Pendergast.

What appears to be an SVD Dragunov is used by mercenaries in "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01).

Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon) fires a SVD Dragunov taken from a dead mercenary in the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01).

AKM (mocked up as AK74M)

In the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01), Sergei Mishnev (Alex Veadov) and his men appear to carry AKM rifles that have been dressed up with synthetic furniture and muzzle brake to make it resemble the AK-74M.

AK-74M - 5.45x39mm The rifle in the episode appears to be modified to resemble this one.

In the season opener "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01), Sergei Mishnev (Alex Veadov) appears to carry an AKM rifle that has been dressed up with synthetic furniture and muzzle brake to make it resemble the AK-74M.

Grenades

F-1 Hand Grenade

Gibbs secures an F-1 hand grenade from the corpse of a mercenary after he gets killed in "Twenty Klicks" (S12E01).

Rocket Launcher

AT4

A hired assassin uses an AT4 rocket launcher to assassinate a witnsss at the start of "So It Goes" (S12E03).

M136 AT4 Anti-Tank recoilless launcher - 84mm

The assassin aims the AT4's iron sights in "So It Goes" (S12E03).

Abby shows a photo of the AT4 on her desktop in "So It Goes" (S12E03).
