A Colt M1911A1 is seen in "Course Correction" (S3E05) in an imagine spot when NCIS was trying to figure out the cause of a plane crash.

Glock 17

A Glock 17 is used by Coast Guard Investigative Service agent Joan Swanson (Toni Trucks) as her sidearm. Corrupt New Orleans Police Department officer Jordan Spencer (Wole Parks) uses it as his sidearm.

NCIS Special Agent Sonja Percy (Shalita Grant) continues to carry a Glock 26 as her sidearm. A Glock 26 also appears to be the pistol carried by FBI Special Agent Tammy Gregorio (Vanessa Ferlito) until she leaves the FBI and joins NCIS. Sebastian briefly takes it, but doesn't fire the weapon in "Follow the Money" (S3E10).
