A university officer named Mike Barton (Hunter Burke) is seen with a Glock 17 in "The Recruits" (S1E04). FBI Special Agent Tobias Fornell (Joe Spano) uses a Glock 17 as his main sidearm in "It Happened Last Night" (S1E05) when he arrives in New Orleans to help NCIS track down a missing woman.

In "It Happened Last Night" (S1E05), what appears to be a small compact pistol is found at a crime scene in the hands of Bernard Lanier (David Burke). This appears to resemble a compact nickel Beretta 85F and it is possible that this is a replica like the EKOL Grizzly Special 99.

What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 28 is used by a gator tour guide at the start of "It Happened Last Night" (S1E05). The revolver appears to be a replica.

What appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 36 is used by Ross P. (Martin Bats Bradford), LaSalle's undercover informant, when he aims it at Vlad in "The Recruits" (S1E04).
