Billy Rex uses one at the start of "Humbug" (S6E11) before he gives himself up to LAPD officers. A few Celtic Militia terrorists use them in "Spiral". Jamal Nezi (Jaylen Moore) uses one near the end of "Forest for the Trees" (S6E15). Jemaah Islamiyah terrorist Malee Vipada (Michelle Ang) uses one after her JI status is uncovered by NCIS near the end of "Blaze of Glory". One is used by a corrupt prison guard Charles Turner in "Kolchek, A." (S6E23).
