Minnesota Clay is a 1965 Italian Spaghetti Western film directed by Sergio Corbucci and starring Cameron Mitchell in the role of "Minnesota Clay".

Revolvers

Colt 1873 Single Action Army

Minnesota Clay (Cameron Mitchell), Fox (Georges Riviére), Scratchy (Gino Pernice) and several Ortiz and Fox's henchmen carries a Colt Single Action Army throughout the film, both the "Artillery" variant and the "Quick-Draw".

Clay arms himself with a Colt SAA when one of the Drunner labor camp guards is distracted, later he shoots a snake.
Clay hides from Fox's men armed with a Colt SAA.
Clay inspects the chambers of his Colt SAA before confronting Jubbs and Scratchy directly.
Note the brass handguard, indicating it is a replica (possibly Uberti).
Colt 1873 Single Action Army w/ 4.75" barrel - .45 Long Colt
Clay takes the guard guarding him hostage, armed with a Colt SAA "Quick-Draw" even though in the previous shot he was armed with the "Artillery" variant.
Clay frees the labor camp guard to go directly to Mesa Encantada.
Minnesota Clay: "What are you locking at? this gun is like any other...". Clay show his Colt SAA at Fox's henchmen.
During the ambush of the Ortiz's gang, Clay use a Colt SAA to defend Mulligan's home. In this scene, Clay's gun varies between a Single Action Army and a New Service.
Fox is armed with a Colt SAA during the film climax.

Colt New Service

General Domingo Ortiz (Fernando Sancho) carries a Colt New Service during the ambush at Mulligan's home. Minnesota Clay (Cameron Mitchell) and Fox (Georges Riviére) can be briefly seen using New Services instead of their Single Action Army. Scratchy (Gino Pernice) carries a Colt New Service with ivory grips as his personal sidearm throughout the film.

In a continuity error, the Single Action Army of Minnesota Clay is replaced by a New Service.

In a scene exclusive to the European edition of the film, it is revealed that Minnesota Clay survived and is finally forgiven for the crime he did not commit.
Minnesota Clay throws away his glasses and uses a New Service to break them in the air.

Rifles

Winchester Model 1873

Andy Mulligan (Alberto Cevenini) and several Ortiz's henchmen carry a Winchester Model 1873 in some scenes of the film, but it is not very common to see it as the Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine.

Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine

The Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine can be seen from the beginning to the end of the film being used primarily by Ortiz and Fox's henchmen. Jonathan Mulligan (Antonio Casas), Andy Mulligan and Minnesota Clay (Cameron Mitchell) carry a Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine during the ambush of Ortiz's gang at Mulligan's house.

One of Fox's men (presumably Jubbs' brother) sees a mysterious man on horseback approaching in the distance.
As the man gets closer and closer to him, he attempts to intimidate him with his Saddle Ring carbine.
Seeing that the stranger (Minnesota Clay) wants to intervene to save Estella, he aim his Saddle Ring carbine at him to keep him away from the place.
One of the two Ortiz men who arrive at Mulligan's house to take Minnesota Clay at the request of his boss, is armed with a Saddle Ring Carbine to protect himself in case Minnesota Clay resists going to negotiate with Ortiz.
Jonathan Mulligan fires his Saddle Ring Carbine at the Ortiz's henchmen to defend his home and protect Minnesota Clay at the same time.

Winchester Model 1892 "Mare's Leg"

Jubbs (Ferdinando Poggi) carries a Winchester Model 1892 Mare's Leg as his personal sidearm. During the film's climax, Fox (Georges Riviére) arms himself with the Jubbs Mare's Leg.

Jubbs draw his Mare's Leg to tries to kill Clay, acussing him of killing his brother.
After receiving the order from Fox, Jubbs goes in search of Minnesota Clay around the town.
Jubbs has his Mare's Leg in a special holster.
Jubbs slowly draw his Mare's Leg...
...and finally he prepares to kill his brother's murderer.
Jubbs walks around town with his Mare's Leg looking for Minnesota Clay.
Jubbs pulls the lever of his Mare's Leg when he finds Minnesota Clay hidding, but the sound of the gun alerts Clay.
Fox arms himself with Jubbs Mare's Leg during the films climax to attempt to kill Minnesota Clay.

Remington Model 1867 Rolling Block

Minnesota Clay (Cameron Mitchell) uses a Remington Rolling Block against one of Fox's henchmen in defense of Estella (Ethel Rojo). One of Ortiz's henchmen can be briefly seen carring a Remington Rolling Block.

Mauser Model 1893

What appears to be a 1893 Spanish Mauser is used by Ortiz's henchmen during the ambush at the Mulligan's home in search of Minnesota Clay.

When Ortiz's gang goes in search of Minnesota Clay after being falsely accused by Estella of stealing the gang's gold, some arm themselves with 1893 Spanish Mausers.
Note that among the Spanish Mausers there is a Rolling Block trying to go unnoticed.
One of Ortiz's henchmen fires his Spanish 1893 Mauser at the Mulligan's home, but he is injured by Andy Mulligan.
