Smith & Wesson Sigma Subcompact

FBI Special Agent Art Jeffries (Bruce Willis) carries as his sidearm throughout the film the Subcompact version of the Smith & Wesson Sigma in .380ACP .

The gun used actually was an SW9M. It was the sub compact 9mm of the time and is very similar to the .380 just a little bigger

SIG-Sauer P226

The SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Shayes (Peter Stormare) in the confrontation on the train. A SIG is also pulled by Lt. Colonel Nicholas Kudrow (Alec Baldwin) on the rooftop at the end of the film. The same gun was later used by Art Jeffries (Bruce Willis).
