The Mechanic (1972)
The Mechanic is a 1972 thriller starring Charles Bronson as a professional assassin who takes under his wing the young son of one of the heads of the organization he works for. A remake starring Jason Statham is scheduled to be released in 2011.

One of the guards at the mansion pulls a Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver when answering the door.
M3 Grease Gun
M3 Grease Guns are seen used during the mountain road shootout.
Remington Model 31
Bishop and Steve use sawed-off Remington Model 31 shotguns for their boat assassination job. They later use them during the mountaintop shootout.
Luger P08
One of the men who engage Bishop and Steve on the mountain road uses a Luger P08.
Beretta Model 70
After his shotgun runs out, Steve (Jan-Michael Vincent) pulls a Beretta Model 70 during the mountain road shootout.
Beretta M12
One of the men who engage Bishop and Steve on the mountain road uses a Beretta M12.
Air Rifle
In the opening assassination job, Bishop uses a scoped air rifle to shoot the explosive hidden in a book on the victim's book shelf.
