The Mechanic is a 1972 thriller starring Charles Bronson as a professional assassin who takes under his wing the young son of one of the heads of the organization he works for. A remake starring Jason Statham is scheduled for released in 2011.

Walther PPK

Arthur Bishop (Charles Bronson) is seen pulling a Walther PPK during the assassination job at the mansion.

Walther PPK in 6.35mm auto (.25 ACP), 7.65x17mm (.32 ACP) Auto or 9x17mm (.380 ACP)


Walther PPK/S

Bishop also is seen pulling a Walther PPK/S during the same job.

Walther PPK/S stainless - .380 ACP.

Colt Python

Steve (Jan-Michael Vincent) is armed with a Colt Python during the mansion job.

Colt Python .357 magnum.

Colt Woodsman

Bishop is seen using a suppressed Colt Woodsman when confronting Big Harry (Keenan Wynn).

Browning Auto-5

Both Bishop and Steve are seen using Browning Auto-5 shotguns when skeet-shooting.

M3 Grease Guns are seen used during the mountain road shootout.

Remington Model 31

Bishop and Steve use Remington Model 31 shotguns for their boat assassination job. They later use them during the mountaintop shootout.

Air Rifle

In the opening assassination job, Bishop uses a scoped air rifle.
