Machete

Machete is a 2010 "Mexploitation" film starring Danny Trejo as the title character. The film started out as a mock trailer that was shown as part of the Grindhouse experience which included the films Planet Terror and Death Proof. The trailer was also shown on the Planet Terror DVD. The following screenshots were taken from the various trailers.

A heavily customized Walther P99 can be seen on a table of guns set out for Machete. What is supposed to be the P99 is in actually a Walther Nighthawk, a CO2 airgun.

Walther P22

A customized stainless Walther P22 is also among the weapons set out for Machete.

The handgun with the chrome slide in the middle is the P22.

A TEC-9 is also among the weapons set out for Machete.

The TEC-9 is the SMG on the right.

Colt M1911A1

A stainless Colt M1911A1 is also among the weapons set out for Machete. Lt. Stillman (Don Johnson) is also seen using an M1911 variant as his main sidearm.

The Colt M1911A1 is the stainless handgun in the upper right.

M16A2

Machete uses an M16A2 fitted with a scope during his attempted assassination of the Senator (Robert De Niro).

Padre Benito del Toro (Cheech Marin) uses a Mossberg 500 in the film.

Padre Benito del Toro (Cheech Marin) also uses a Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun in the film.

S&W 3000 is in the right hand of the Padre.

Colt MK IV Series 80

An engraved Colt MK IV Series 80 is used by Senator McLaughlin (Robert De Niro) in the film.

Custom engraved nickel plated Colt MKIV Series 80 with pearl grips - .45 ACP. This is the screen used pistol for Robert De Niro playing Senator McLaughlin in the upcoming Robert Rodriguez film Machete (scheduled for release on September 3rd, 2010).

Modified AR-15 Assault Rifle

Luz (Michelle Rodriguez) is seen with what appears to be an AR-15 style rifle housed in a futuristic shell.

Unknown Sniper Rifle

Used by the man who shoots Machete and sets him off on his quest of vengeance. The sniper and the rifle are noticeably different from what was shown in the original Grindhouse trailer.

Notice how both the rifle and the actor holding it have changed from the original (the one in Grindhouse) trailer

M134 Mini Gun

As in the original Grindhouse trailer, Machete is seen mounting and then using an M134 minigun onto his motorcycle.
