The second season of Longmire consisted of 13 episodes, once again running in the summer. The sheriff's election, which ran as a B-story throughout Season 1 and much of Season 2 and pitted Walt against his deputy Branch finally came about, and even more details emerged as to just what happened in Denver following the murder of Walt's wife.

Sheriff Walt Longmire (Robert Taylor) carries a Colt Government Model with custom stag grips for his duty sidearm.
