The Beretta 92FS is first seen in the hands of Lex's thug in the episode, "Pilot". Most villians and police officers would use these.
M1911A1
Ari (Lex's ex-wife) is seen with an M1911A1, but attaches kryptonite in the episode, "Madame Ex". It's also seen in the episode, "That Old Gang of Mine".
M1928 Thompson
An M1928 Thompson is seen in the episode, "That Old Gang of Mine".
Unidentified Revolver
An unidentified revolver is used by Nigel.
M4A1 Carbine
Used by a thug near the end of the 1st season.
Remington 700PSS
It is seen in the episode where the Daily Planet gets scooped by The Metropolis Star in the hands of a sniper trying to assasinate Senator Wallace.
Desert Eagle
Lex used this to save Lois from the episode where Dr. Sam Lane build robotic limbs for injured boxers.
