The gang of saboteurs led by a mysterious Academic terrorizing the city. Murder and robbery follow one another. Deputy Head of the Odessa Criminal Investigation department David Gotsman trying to defeat crime. In addition Marshal Zhukov arrives to Odessa on the position of commander of Military Region. He also began to fight against crime by using a very radical methods.
