The following weapons were used in Season 5 of the television series Line of Duty:



Pistols

Glock 17

Central Police Strategic Firearms Command officers, including Sergeant Jane Cafferty (Sian Reese-Williams) and Sergeant Kyle Ferringham (Richard Pepple) carry the Glock 17 as their sidearm. Detective Sergeant Steve Arnott (Martin Compston) and Detective Inspector Kate Fleming (Vicky McClure) uses them as their sidearm.

Walther PP

John Corbett (Stephen Graham) carries a Walther PP as his sidearm throughout the series.

Umarex GPDA

Miroslav (Tomi May) is seen carrying a Umarex GPDA (standing in for a real life Browning BDA) in "The Betrayal" and "On Your Own". It is also used by John Corbett (Stephen Graham) in S05E04.

Uzi

Both Lee Banks (Alastair Natkiel) and Ryan Pilkington (Gregory Piper) are seen using Uzis throughout the series as part of Corbett's gang.

CP Authorised Firearms Officers are seen carrying the Heckler & Koch MP5A5 whilst guarding Sergeant Cafferty. John's gang are also seen armed with MP5A5s, first seen in S05E02 and obtain more from a stolen cache of confiscated weapons in the same episode.

Some CP AFOs are briefly seen armed with a Heckler & Koch MP5A4 as their primary submachine gun.

Norinco Type 56

John Corbett (Stephen Graham) and Miroslav (Tomi May) are seen using what appears to be a Norinco Type 56 during an ambush on police convoys.

An unknown AR-15 variant is seen as one of the weapons stolen from the confiscated cache scheduled for destruction in "The Head of Medusa". It is later used by Miroslav (Tomi May) during the Eastfield Depot robbery in "Code Zero"

John Corbett (Stephen Graham) uses a Heckler & Koch HK416 A5 during the raid of the Eastfield Depot in "Code Zero".

L85A1

What appears to be an L85A1 without a carry handle or scope is seen as one of the weapons stolen from the confiscated cache scheduled for destruction in "The Head of Medusa". John's gang are seen using multiple L85A1s (identified as SA80's) during the Eastfield Depot raid in S05E03. It's seen on an old Provisional Irish Republic Army propaganda photo.
