Lethal Weapon is the 2016 television adaptation of the popular action film series of the same name that starred Mel Gibson and Danny Glover. In the series, Damon Wayans stars as Detective Roger Murtaugh, a family man recently returning to the force after suffering a heart attack and who now finds himself partnered with fellow Detective Martin Riggs (Clayne Crawford), a former Navy SEAL who recently lost his pregnant wife to an accident and now appears to have a death wish.
