Lay the Favorite is a 2012 comedy directed by Stephen Frears and stars Rebecca Hall as Beth, a free-spirited woman who travels to Las Vegas to follow her dream of becoming a cocktail waitress and then winds up in a job working the odds for Dink Heimowitz (Bruce Willis), a professional gambler.
