Killer's Wedge (Sposob ubiystva) is an Ukrainian 1993 crime thriller directed by Oleg Goyda and based on the novel "Killer's Wedge" by Ed McBain, one of the "87th Precinct" series. Virginia Dodge (Evdokiya Germanova) appears in 87th Precinct with a revolver and a bottle of nitroglycerin. She wants to kill Det. Steve Carella who arrested Frank Dodge, her husband. Virginia takes several detectives and police officers as hostages and waits until Carella, who investigates a suicide turned murder, will return to the precinct.

Nagant M1895 (visually modified)
Virginia Dodge (Evdokiya Germanova) is armed with a revolver that appears to be a heavily visually modified Nagant M1895. The disguise includes vent rib, ejector rod shroud, a fake target rear sight and a new grip. The revolver in disguise slightly resembles Dan Wesson Model 15. The same movie prop is also seen in Sheriff's Star, Four Sheets of Plywood and New Adventures of a Yankee in King Arthur's Court.
Smith & Wesson K-frame
Det. Meyer's (Aleksandr Milyutin) personal firearm is a nickel-plated revolver. It is seen briefly but the shape of the frame, grip, and protected ejector allows to guess that it is a military version of Smith & Wesson K-frame, like the M1917, or similar variants such as the Victory Model.
M1911A1
Lt. Byrnes (Regimantas Adomaitis), Det. Arthur Brown (uncredited) and police officers Cotton Hawes (Aleksey Serebryakov) and Hal Willis (Anton Goyda) carry M1911A1 pistols.
