The Airsoft Double Eagle M56C appears to be the weapon of choice used by Global Special Police Organization officer Sakuya Hikawa (Ryo Yokoyama) when not in Patranger sentai uniform. It's seen in a flashback sequence in "Photos are Memories".

The auntie turns into a black-suited sniper rifle-armed assassin in Umika and Tooma's vision, a side effect of the worry beam in "I can't stop worrying".
In this shot, you can see the bore of the AI's barrel and see that it's an air gun.
The woman chases Kairi in the streets. Note from this shot, she fires it in semi-auto, not bothering to cycle the bolt.

SirenStriker Super Armor

The SirenStriker Super Armor, when used with the Police Boost mode in a VS Changer and aimed at a designated ranger, allows him to access the Trigger Machine's Super Armor system. Any ranger that uses it will address themselves with a Super moniker in their codename.
