The following guns were used in the film:

Jurassic Park III (2001)

Barrett M82A2

A bullpup variant of the Barret M82 .50 caliber sniper rifle known as the Barrett M82A2 is seen used in the hands of the mercenary Cooper (John Dielh). When first testing it at an aircraft boneyard, Nash tells him it's an "Einhorn 20mm" that fires 20mm high explosive incendiary rounds, is gas operated and uses a rotating bolt. It is fitted with a thermal image scope. The rifle can be heard being fired off-screen several times during the first encounter with the Spinosaurus, but none of the rounds seem to hit their mark as the dinosaur appears unharmed.

Cooper racks the bolt on the Barrett M82A2.
Cooper fires the M82A2. It appears that the use of blanks was prohibited for the shooting location due to noise ordinances, so a real rifle was used with CGI muzzle flash. Note edited muzzle flash and how the bolt is not cycling.
Cooper readies the M82A2 when they first land on Isla Sorna.

Steyr AUG

Co-pilot and mercanary Udesky (Michael Jeter) is seen armed with a Steyr AUG A1 assault rifle fitted with a 42-round magazine. It is rendered useless from the plane crash.

Heckler & Koch SL8

M.B. Nash (Bruce A. Young) is seen armed with an H&K SL8 rifle fitted with a 10 round magazine and an M68 Aimpoint red dot scope.

Heckler & Koch USP

A Heckler & Koch USP is seen in Udesky's vest holster but later, it dissapears. It's a shame he lost it, it would have helped him out greatly later in the film.

Heckler & Koch USP45 - .45 ACP.
A USP is seen in Udesky's tactical vest holster.

Mossberg 500 "Cruiser"

Nash is briefly seen with a pistol grip shotgun slung over his back, likely a Mossberg 500 "Cruiser" when he rushes to start the plane.

M16A2 Rifle

The Marines who land on the beach of Isla Sorna are armed with M16A2 rifles. Many of them appear to have A1 style (teardrop) forward assist buttons (but in the late 1980s and 1990s these were common field repair items on A2s). Most are likely rubber props. Some of the extras exhibit proper gun safety training by keeping their fingers off the triggers, while others do not.

Gas Grenade

Eric Kirby (Trevor Morgan) uses the last of his Gas Canister Grenades to save Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neil) from circling Velociraptors.

A Gas Grenade releases a smoke cloud. Note how "Neural Paralyzer" is written on the side.

Flare Gun

Dr. Alan Grant (Sam Neil) finds a flare gun pistol and uses it to ignite the boat fuel around the Spinosaurus in the water, ending its attack on the group. It should be noted that under water, the flare would have probably gotten too damp to fire, but that's how movies work.

A Flare gun falls out of the tool box for Alan to find. Note the half loaded flare stripper clip as well.
Grant fires the flare gun at the Spinosaurus, igniting the boat fuel around it.
