Judass Kiss is a 1998 American American crime thriller directed by Sebastian Gutierrez. The story is set in the underworld of New Orleans. Coco Chavez (Carla Gugino) and her lover Junior Armstrong (Simon Baker), still lived of the fraud and extortion, they decide to advance to the criminal ladder to the next level. They kidnap the computer tycoon Dyson and require four million US dollars ransom. On help with this action they invited two criminals - Lizard Browning (Gil Bellows) and Ruben Rubenbauer (Til Schweiger). Carefully planned action falters only once, when Coco shoots woman, who accidentally witnessed. The events then get in the completely unexpected direction, because the dead woman was the wife of an influential senator Rupert Hornbeck (Hal Holbrook). Detective David Friedman (Alan Rickman) from local Police department in investigating the murder began cooperate with FBI Agent Sadie Hawkins (Emma Thompson), which follows the trail of the kidnappers.
