Pistols

Beretta 8000 Cougar

The Beretta 8000 Cougar is used by Maestro as his sidearm from "Musica ex Machina phase.1".

Beretta 92FS

The Beretta 92FS is seen with Akihiko Tojo as his sidearm. Orchestra assassin Chinatsu uses it as her sidearm when she's with Maestro from "Musica ex Machina phase.1".

Current American-made Beretta 92FS - 9x19mm.

Browning Hi-Power

The Browning Hi-Power is used by Jonathan "Jonah" Mar after he's recruited into HCLI to work under Koko as his primary sidearm.

The Colt XSE was briefly used by Jonah when Koko tells him to use it during her meeting with freelance arms dealer C.K. Kloshkin near the end of "Gun Metal, Calico Road". Lu and Mildo use them in "Pulsar".

The Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is used by Lehmbrick aka Lehm as his personal sidearm in the season.

SIG-Sauer GSR

Karen Lo uses dual stainless SIG-Sauer GSRs as her main sidearm, first seen in "African Golden Butterflies phase.1", equipped with pistol bayonets attached underneath the barrel via picatinny railing.

The AKS-47 is sometimes seen with various characters in the season.

Remington 700PSS

Lehm is seen firing a Remington 700PSS in the OP sequence, "Borderland". He uses it as his main sniper rifle when he's in the field. In "Musica ex Machina phase.1", a two-man Dubai Police Force SWAT sniper team gets wasted before they can get Maestro in their sights.

Chinatsu uses an Elfin Knights Combat Dragoon, an airsoft-only grenade launcher made with the pistol grip/frame of a SAA revolver. It's used throughout "Musica ex Machina phase.1".
