The Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen with a Special Assault Team element infiltrating the Watanabe apartment at the end of "Shion Watanabe".

SAT operators with the MP5A3 in "Shion Watanabe". It appears that red dot scopes with laser sights are attached on the upper receiver. Note that their patches don't have any insignias for any real special police units. In the manga, they resemble the patches used by the French GIGN.
