A robot guard in the Stryker's Island carries a somewhat oversized Cobray Street Sweeper which can be used by certain characters such as Joker.

Heckler & Koch MP5K

Deathstroke's "special" move has him firing two MP5Ks.

Uzi

Harley Quin was seen with a IMI Uzi with an underbarrel flashlight, a railed carrying handle, and "Ha Ha" spray painted all over it in the reveal trailer.

Rifles

Custom AR-15

True to the comics Deathstroke has a Custom AR-15 with a 20 round magazine, a scope, a custom stock, and a M203 built into the handguard.

Fictional Rifles

Regime soldiers in various trailers and gameplay videos have fictional rifles that seem to have 7.62 and 9x19mm magazines. A recent video shows what looks like an underbarrel grenade launcher.

A mounted Browning M2 is seen in Wonder Woman's spot in the "Versus" trailer.

Rather than simply being part of the scenery for the "Fortress of Solitude" stage an APC occasionally fire its mounted Machine Gun at the fighters in range.

One of Green Lantern's attack has the ring forming a GAU-17/A.

An evil clone of Hal Jordan (Green Lantern) uses the ring to form a KPV Heavy Machine Gun in the Green Lantern character trailer.

The Joker's finisher has him firing a M20 "Super Bazooka" point blank into his opponent.

As mentioned above Deathstroke has an M203 on his AR-15 that acts as both a launcher and as part of the handguard.
