One of Harley Quin's attacks involves firing a Mateba Autorevolver.

Smith & Wesson Model 15-3

A screenshot teasing Joker's spot on the roster shows him with a revolver that may be the Smith & Wesson Model 15-3 that was seen in the 1989 film Batman.

Deathstroke's "special" move has him firing two MP5Ks.

Uzi

Harley Quin was seen with a IMI Uzi with an underbarrel flashlight, a railed carrying handle, and "Ha Ha" spray painted all over it in the reveal trailer.

Assault Rifles

Custom AR-15

True to the comics Deathstroke has a Custom AR-15 with a 20 round magazine, a scope, a custom stock, and a M203 built into the handguard.

Machine Guns

Fictional Mounted Machine Gun

Rather than simply being part of the scenery for the "Fortress of Solitude" stage an APC occasionally fire its mounted Machine Gun at the fighters on stage.

Launchers

M203

As mentioned above Deathstroke has an M203 on his AR-15 that acts as both a launcher and as part of the handguard.
