Llama XV
We can see one of these small spanish pistols at the beginning of the movie. It is a 1911 clone scaled down to a pocket pistol and built to fire .22 LR. It is an XV not an X-A as it has unique grips, a known identification of the XV model.
It looks more like a Colt M1911 Officer's Model
Are you sure? The barrel looks a lot thicker in the scene.
Composite Pistol
We see John Malkovich's character constructing this two shot, reloadable handgun in the movie. The weapon is used to great effect blowing a toy boat out of the water and killing the two duck hunters mid-way through the flick. Though seen only briefly the weapon appears to take .38 Special rounds.
IMI Uzi
When the DC Metropolitan Police attempted to arrest the assassin, the DC ERT officers were armed with Uzi submachine guns with stock extended. Unfortunately, it turned out that the assassin scrambled the trace and lead the Secret Service and the police to a completely different address.
