Pistols

Smith & Wesson 3913

The Smith & Wesson 3913 appears to be the standard issued firearm for Kura officers.

Akihito Narihisago fires his sidearm at Denshin Katsuyama aka the Challenger in a flashback sequence in "Thunderbolted", setting the events of the show.

Takuhiko Hayeseura shoots his own chest in "Channeled".

Submachine Guns

Heckler & Koch MP5A5

The Heckler & Koch MP5A5 with a B&T helmet stock can be seen with Anti-Firearms Squad operators, providing more firepower when needed. They have an EoTech electronic sight with a quadrail and Surefire-type vertical foregrips with taclights attached.

Heckler & Koch MP5A5 - 9x19mm. Same as the MP5A4 but with a telescoping stock. Both the A4 & A5 variants have the additional option for '3-Round Burst' on the fire selector.

AFS operators storm the basement floor of a residential house in "Jigsawed".

You can see that in this shot, the AFS operator's MP5A5 has a red dot scope. You can see the fire selector, which confirms the variant type used and the B&T helmet stock.

Sniper Rifles

SVD Dragunov

A SVD Dragunov is used by a mannequin to shoot bystanders using a PSO-1 scope in the Pyrotechnician's well.

Scope graduations seems to be correctly respected when it comes to the size and proportion as well as the view distance.
