Pistols
Beretta 92FS Inox
Parrish's PT92 changes to a Beretta 92FS Inox during the final shootout. Norwood later takes the gun for herself to use. A Russian mobster is seen briefly with one in the wedding shootout.
Browning Hi-power
A Chinese mobster is briefly seen armed with a stainless Browning Hi-Power.
DA38 Derringer
Diane Norwood (Tia Carrere) uses a DA38 9mm O/U (over and under) Derringer during the opening wedding sequence when she arrests her fiance's father, the leader of the Russian mafia.
Glock 17
Max Parrish's (Thomas Ian Griffith) main sidearm is a Glock 17 2nd generation 9mm for about 3/4ths of the film. Other people as well can be seen using the same gun as well.
Jericho 941 R
Parrish is seen using a Jericho 941R during the standoff between the 4 main characters.
Ruger P89
A Ruger P89 is used by Thomas Livingston (John Lithgow) during the standoff between the four main characters.
SIG-Sauer P228
Diane Norwood's (Tia Carrere) sidearm of choice is a 9mm SIG-Sauer P228. She uses it for several moments throughout the film. Due to the low budget of the movie, at least a few other mobsters can be seen using the same P228.
Taurus PT92/Beretta Centurion
When Livingston's men catch Parrish and Norwood, the Train Yard Hood has a Taurus PT92, as noted by its frame mounted slide stop safety. It then switches to a Beretta Centurion, noted by its slightly shortened barrel and slide mounted decocking safety.
Taurus PT100
Parrish keeps a stainless Taurus PT100 with wood grips and no third position safety-decocker as one of his spare pistols. It is noted by its frame mounted slide stop safety. It is identified as a PT100 based on Lawton claiming it is a .40 caliber. It is later replaced by the 92FS in the film, which appears to be a continuity error.
Walther PPK
Parrish keeps a Walther PPK as one of his backup guns. He shows some trouble finding the gun towards the end of the film, finally finding it after the action is over.

A Chinese mafia member aims what appears to be Ruger GP100.

The Killer Doctor sent to torture Norwood has a Smith & Wesson Model 686.

Remington 870
Remington 870 shotguns are seen used by multiple henchmen and mobsters throughout the film.
Garret Lawton (Donald Sutherland) is later seen using a sawed-off version with a tactical forend.
Franchi PA3/215
A Russian mobster is seen briefly firing what looks like a Franchi PA3/215 shotgun.
Winchester 1300
Parrish uses a Winchester 1300 when Lawton is busted out of jail. He uses it to shoot a LAW rocket out of the air, which would be impossible in real life.
Submachine Guns
Cobray M11/9
A Chinese mafia member is seen briefly with a Cobray M11/9 during the shootout between the mobsters.
H&K MP5A3
Some of Livingston's men use these in the end of the film.
H&K MP5A5
SWAT members use these in the opening wedding shootout. They are identified by their 4-set trigger grouping selective fire switches.
H&K MP5K
Used by mobsters and Norwood in the end of the film. Norwood uses it in the standoff between the 4 main characters. Seen briefly used by Russians during wedding shootout.
Smith & Wesson M76
Many Chinese mafia members favor Smith & Wesson M76 submachine guns.
IMI Uzi
Russian mobsters are seen using Uzis during the shootout between the mobsters.
Mini Uzi
A Chinese Mobster is seen briefly using a Mini Uzi during the mobster shootout.
Rifles
Colt Commando
A Chinese mobster is seen briefly using a Colt Commando rifle.
Ruger AC556
A Chinese mobster is seen briefly using the selective fire variant of the Mini-14, the AC556 rifle, seen using a thermal protective magazine. One can also be seen used by a Russian during the opening wedding shootout.
Norinco Type 84S
Most of Thomas Livingston's men are armed with these 5.56mm Norinco AKs, noted by their .223 syle magazine and hooded front sight. Several Russian mafia members use them as well. It is most likely the same gun used multiple times throughout the film. It is not a standard Type 84 Configuration, most notably outfitted with an underfolding spike bayonet (aka "pig-sticker" bayonet).
Other
Arwen 37 MK1
Parrish fires an Arwen 37 MK1 37mm less-lethal revolving launcher from a car window during the final action scene. The gun does absolutely nothing when fired so it is probably a smoke or tear gas launcher.
M72 LAW
One of Livingston's men blows up a police station with an M72 LAW. The rocket is seen in flight at an extremely, unrealistic slow time.
Maxim 1910/30
The Russian Maxim is seen used by the Russian mobsters during the mobster shootout.
The Wedding Table
All mobsters at the wedding have to put down their guns on the front table. Since it is a low budget film, probably half of these guns are seen used by other people throughout the whole film. Seen are all the revolvers soon to be listed on the page, three 1911 type pistols are seen and a Glock 17 next to one. A Norinco type 84S is seen later to be used by almost all the bad guys later on, and an MP5K later to be used at the wedding shootout. A Ruger P89 pistol is visible in the next shot, along with the Beretta Centurian, the Taurus PT92, and the Beretta 92FS INOX, all to be seen later in the film. Also, a Smith & Wesson handgun is visible and a nickel plated SIG-Sauer P225.
