The SIG-Sauer P220 appears in the game as the 'SG 220 .S', it has a two-tone finish and is fitted with a non-removable suppressor. It can be found in "Asylum Aftermath" carried by one of the SWAT team members outside the asylum, "The Bjarkhov Bomb" on Commander Bjarkhov's desk, "Traditions of the Trade" on a desk inside Frantz Fuchs' hotel room (taking the place of the Luger from the first game), "The Seafood Massacre" carried by the Red Dragon negotiator and in "Hunter and Hunted" on a bedside table in the room with the dead civilian. A dual version can also be unlocked by completing "Traditions of the Trade" with a Silent Assassin rating. Incorrectly holds 7 rounds of 9mm instead of 9.

A suppressed as well as a dual-wield version is available; the dual wield version is unlocked after completing the level "The Meat King's Party" with the Silent Assassin rating. The suppressed dual version is one of the best guns in the game since it offers suppressed automatic fire and can be concealed as well; the suppressed dual versions are unlocked after completing "The Lee Hong Assassination" with a Silent Assassin rating. The suppressed Micro Uzi can be found in "The Wang Fou Incident" being carried by the two Blue Lotus members inside the restaurant and by one of Lee Hong's bodyguards in "The Lee Hong Assassination". AK-101

The AK-101 is featured in the game and is erroneously referred to as the "AK-74". It correctly uses 5.56x45mm NATO rounds. It is used by the majority of the Russian soldiers, can be found in Bjarkhov's office and inside the weapons room on the transport ship in "The Bjarkhov Bomb," some of the bikers and in the basement weapons room in "Rendezvous in Rotterdam", the majority of Boris' mercenaries in "Deadly Cargo", some of the Blue Lotus Triad members in "Slaying A Dragon", some of the Red Dragon Triad members in "The Wang Fou Incident", the majority of the police officers in "The Seafood Massacre" and by all of the mansion guards in "The Lee Hong Assassination" where it can also be found inside the small guard rooms, the weapons room, the restaurant basement safe room and the second floor of the restaurant. A bonus suppressed version is unlocked after completing "The Wang Fou Incident" with a Silent Assassin rating.

In real life, in the Russia level "The Bjarkhov Bomb," Russian Army soldiers would likely carry AK-74Ms, the official service rifle of the Russian Army; the AK-101, a rifle intended mainly for export which uses the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge, is indeed used in the Russian Army, but in very limited numbers not just because of its NATO caliber, but also because of the prevalence of the AK-74M as the main service rifle (it should be noted the Russian soldiers in this level are pro-Chechen separatists/sympathizers, which might explain the usage of this unusual weapon in this context). In addition, the rifle used as the AK-101's in-game name, AK-74, is also archaic for the Russian Army, who had phased it out with the modernized AK-74M in 1991, while the mission takes place in 2000.

Blaser R93 Tactical

The Blaser R93 Sniper Rifle appears and is referred as the 'R93 Sniper'. It holds 5 rounds of 7.62mm rounds. It is used by the SWAT sniper in "Deadly Cargo" and the police sniper in "The Seafood Massacre"; however, it is much, much easier to take it of the former than the latter. Bringing the R93 in "Slaying a Dragon" recreates the original Codename 47 mission, "Kowloon Triads in Gang War".

It is arguably the best sniper in-game, already being silenced, holding 6 rounds, and being semi-automatic.

GE M134 Minigun (Handheld)

A handheld GE M134 Minigun can be found in a secret area of the level "Asylum Aftermath" after accessing the Ort-Meyer keycard. However, it slows 47 to a crawl. Also, it takes about a second or two to rev up.
