The [[Glock pistol series#Glock 19|Glock 19]] appears in the game as the 'GK17'. While the 'GK17' is modeled on the Glock 19, the name and stats for the weapon appear to be from the Glock 17 based on the 17 round magazine, whereas the Glock 19 only carries 15+1. It can be found in "Training" carried by one of the SWAT members, "Beldingford Manor" carried by almost all of the indoor guards, "Deadly Cargo" carried by the harbor police and one in the locker room of the police station with an unattended uniform, "Traditions of the Trade" carried by the hotel security guards and on the bed inside Room 108 next to an unattended guard uniform, "Slaying a Dragon" carried by some of the Blue Lotus Triad members, "The Seafood Massacre" carried by some of the police officers and in "Hunter and Hunter" carried by Inspector Fournier and a few of the police officers. Dual GK19s are awarded for completing "The Seafood Massacre" with the Silent Assassin rating.

The suppressed dual version is one of the best guns in the game since it offers suppressed automatic fire and can be concealed as well; the suppressed dual versions are unlocked after completing "The Lee Hong Assassination" with a Silent Assassin rating. The suppressed Micro Uzi can be found in "The Wang Fou Incident" being carried by the two Blue Lotus members inside the restaurant and by one of Lee Hong's bodyguards in "The Lee Hong Assassination". Both singular variants can also be found in the weapons room in the basement during the latter mission.

In real life, in the Russia level "The Bjarkhov Bomb," Russian Army soldiers would likely carry AK-74Ms, the official service rifle of the Russian Army; the AK-101, a rifle intended mainly for export which uses the 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge, is indeed used in the Russian Army, but in very limited numbers not just because of its NATO caliber, but also because of the prevalence of the AK-74M as the main service rifle (it should be noted the Russian soldiers in this level are pro-Chechen separatists/sympathizers, which might explain the usage of this unusual weapon in this context). Also, despite the game referring to it as an AK-74 (converted to the 5.56x45mm caliber, as can be seen in the inventory screen), this designation would still be erroneous, as the original AK-74 was phased out in favor of its modernized version (AK-74M) in 1991, and the mission takes place in the year 2000.

The [[Walther WA 2000]], referred to as the 'W2000 Sniper Rifle', is Agent 47's favorite sniper rifle in the game. 47 will start off the missions "Traditions of the Trade", "Slaying A Dragon" and "The Seafood Massacre" with the rifle disassembled in his suitcase, it can also be found in the guards' quarters in "The Wang Fou Incident", in the weapons room in "The Lee Hong Assassination" and in the closet of 47's hotel room in "Hunter and Hunted". It is arguably the best sniper in-game, already being silenced, holding 6 rounds, and being semi-automatic.

Handguns

AMT Hardballer Custom

The AMT Hardballer appears in the game as the 'Silverballer', 47's signature handgun with custom grips. 47 carries three of these on a typical assignment. Two are unsuppressed and dual wielded, while the third is suppressed and used by itself. It is also possible to unlock dual suppressed Silverballers as a bonus for completing the level "The Bjarkhov Bomb" with the Silent Assassin rating. Andrei Puscus is also armed with a suppressed Silverballer in "The Meat King's Party".

Glock 19

The Glock 19 appears in the game as the 'GK17'.

A suppressed as well as a dual-wield version is available; the dual wield version is unlocked after completing the level "The Meat King's Party" with the Silent Assassin rating.

Assault Rifles

Colt M4A1

The Colt M4A1 Carbine is used by the SWAT officers in "Deadly Cargo"; there is also a free one in the northenmost warehouse on the second floor. A bonus suppressed version is also available and is awarded for completing the same mission with the Silent Assassin rating.

Izhmash AK-101

The Izhmash AK-101 is featured in the game and is erroneously referred to as the "AK-74". It correctly uses 5.56x45mm NATO rounds. It is used by the majority of the Russian soldiers, can be found in Bjarkhov's office and inside the weapons room on the transport ship in "The Bjarkhov Bomb," some of the bikers and in the basement weapons room in "Rendezvous in Rotterdam", the majority of Boris' mercenaries in "Deadly Cargo", some of the Blue Lotus Triad members in "Slaying A Dragon", some of the Red Dragon Triad members in "The Wang Fou Incident", the majority of the police officers in "The Seafood Massacre" and by all of the mansion guards in "The Lee Hong Assassination" where it can also be found inside the small guard rooms, the weapons room, the restaurant basement safe room and the second floor of the restaurant. A bonus suppressed version is unlocked after completing "The Wang Fou Incident" with a Silent Assassin rating.

The Enfield Enforcer L42A1 sniper rifle is referred to as the 'Enforcer Sniper Rifle'. It is seen on the balcony of the asylum and in a gun cabinet in an office on the second floor in "Asylum Aftermath" and is seen in a gun cabinet on the ground floor and used by a guard in the stable loft in "Beldingford Manor".

Blaser R93 Tactical

The Blaser R93 Sniper Rifle appears and is referred as the 'R93 Sniper'. It holds 5 rounds of 7.62mm rounds. It is used by the SWAT sniper in "Deadly Cargo" and the police sniper in "The Seafood Massacre"; however, it is much, much easier to take it of the former than the latter. Bringing the R93 in "Slaying a Dragon" recreates the original Codename 47 mission, "Kowloon Triads in Gang War".

Blaser R93 Tactical - 7.62x51mm. The "Tactical" was a sniper rifle variant of the earlier UIT and CISM match variants of the R93, and the precursor to the current "LRS2" and "Tactical 2" models.
