A short barreled version was used by Chin Ho at the end of "Na Pilikua Nui" (S6E06) as its first appearance.

Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) continues to carry a customized Mk 18 Mod 1. It is equipped with a Noveske KX3 flash hider, Trijicon SRS red dot, a Magpul STR stock, Magpul VFG, Magpul XTM rail covers and hand stop, and is occasionally loaded with either a Surefire 60-round magazine or a PMAG 40. Gabriel appears to use it to assassinate Honolulu Yakuza oyabun Goro Shiyoma near the end of "Ka Makua Kaa Kaua" (S6E10). Kono uses it due to Steve being in the hospital in "O Ke Ali'l Wale No Ka'u Makemake" (S6E25).
McGarrett shoulders the Mk 18 Mod 1 during a hostage rescue mission near the end of "Mai ho`oni i ka wai lana mâlie" (S6E01).

The Colt Law Enforcement Carbine is the weapon frequently deployed by HPD SWAT throughout the season. Shioma wakaishus use them as some of their weapons in "Pa'a Ka 'ipuka I Ka 'Upena Nananana" (S6E24).
