Hamilton: I nationens intresse (eng. Hamilton: In the Interest of the Nation) is the 2012 film adaptation of Jan Guillou's novel of the same name.

Handguns

Heckler & Koch USP

A Russian smuggler uses a Heckler & Koch USP in Afghanistan near the beginning of the film. Sectragon PMC Rob Hart (Jason Flemyng) and his team, including Miller (Leo Gregory) also use Heckler & Koch USPs as their sidearms during their stay in Middle East. Hart gives Carl Hamilton (Mikael Persbrandt) a Heckler & Koch USP during the rescue mission.

Benjamin Lee (Ray Fearon) uses a CZ 100 as his sidearm in Ethiopia. PLO Agent Mouna al Fathar (Seba Mubarak) also carries a CZ 100 as her sidearm in Amman.

M4A1 Carbine

Sectragon PMC Rob Hart (Jason Flemyng) and his team uses M4A1 carbines in the Middle East. Carl Hamilton (Mikael Persbrandt) after the Somali prison rescue. He most notably uses the M4A1 to commandeer a Sectragon helicopter.

Bofors Ak 5C

Several Swedish Coast Rangers (swe. kustjägarna) carry Bofors Ak 5C assault rifles as they are assigned to guard duty at the safe cabin in Sweden. Carl Hamilton (Mikael Persbrandt) also has two Bofors Ak 5C rifles that he packs in to a gun bag. He never uses the Ak 5C in the film though. This is the first appearance of the Bofors Ak 5C in media other than video games.

AK-47

Several Afghani terrorists are armed with AK-47 rifles during the weapons deal. One of the Russian weapon smugglers also uses an AK-47 during the weapons deal. Somali soldiers also use AK-47 when they kidnap a Swedish engineer on the Somali border. Somali prison guards also use AKs. Ethiopian terrorists are seen with AK-47 rifles as well.

AKS-47

Several Afghani terrorists are armed with AKS-47 rifles during the weapons deal near the beginning of the film. Somali soldiers also use AKS-47 rifles when they kidnap a Swedish engineer on the Somali border. Somali prison guards also use AKS-47 rifles. PLO Agent Tareq Al Ameen (Ashraf Farah) also uses an AKS-47 before the Sectragon sniper ambush in Amman. After he dies, Mouna al Fathar (Seba Mubarak) takes the rifle, altough it is not seen again.

Several characters, most notably Russian smugglers and Somalian soldiers carry the AKMS.

Machine Guns

Browning M2HB

Swedish Coast Rangers are seen with Browning M2HB machine guns on patrol boats as Hamilton and Lee arrive at the safe cabin in Sweden.

Other

M67 Hand Grenade

A Sectragon PMC has an M67 hand grenade on his vest after the ambush on the Afghani border near the beginning of the film. Hamilton (Mikael Persbrandt) takes him down, and use the grenade to create a diversion.
