Gyeongseong Creature (Korean title: 경성크리처, Gyeongseongkeuricheo) is a 2023 Korean horror-mystery web series. The series takes place in 1945 during the Imperial Japanese occupation of Seoul (then known as Gyeongseong), and follows pawnshop owner and information broker Jang Tae-sang (Park Seo-joon) and private detective Yoon Chae-ok (Han So-hee) as their separate investigations lead them to meeting each other and discovering a sinister Japanese experiment within the city.

The late-model Nambu Type 14 correctly appears as the standard sidearm of all Imperial Japanese Army members and is used by several characters throughout the series.
Mauser C96
Yoon Jung-won (Jo Han-chul) briefly uses a Mauser C96 in "Mother" (E02).
FN Model 1900
Beom-o (Ahn Ji-ho) is seen with an FN Model 1900 in "Mother" (E02). Yoon Chae-ok (Han So-hee) also uses the pistol to assassinate Director Ichiro (Hyun Bong-sik) in "Atrocity" (E09).

Jang Tae-sang (Park Seo-joon) uses a Colt Single Action Army as his preferred sidearm throughout the series.

The Arisaka Type 99 correctly appears as the standard rifle of the Imperial Japanese Army, and is used by multiple characters throughout the series.

Mrs. Nawol (Kim Hae-sook) uses a Flintlock Carbine in "Mother" (E02).
