Gwendoline Yeo
Gwendoline Yeo (Gwendoline See-Hian Yeo; Chinese: 杨时贤; pinyin: Yáng Shíxián; born 10 July 1977) is an American actress, musician and writer, immigrating from Singapore to San Francisco at eleven. She best known for her role as the naughty maid Xiao-Mei in Desperate Housewives. She starred opposite Robert Duvall and Thomas Haden Church in the Emmy Award-winning Western Broken Trail as Sun Fu (also known as "Number Three"), a Chinese woman sold into prostitution in the 1800s.
She also received critical acclaim on TV series American Crime (2015–2017) as Oklahoma born Sargent "Richelle" alongside a racist mother-in-law portrayed by Felicity Huffman. She has guested on other hit TV shows like NCIS.
Gwendoline is a very active voice actress and has voiced over fifty games and cartoons, being nominated for 3 BTVA awards. She voiced Domino in the superhero game Deadpool (2013), Yuma in Far Cry 4, and Rika Raja in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Of notice, she voiced Lieutenant "Forty-Five" Park in SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs; the first female lead in the SOCOM series. She also voiced Tsiao Jung in the Love, Death & Robots, an adult animated anthology television series on Netflix.
