unidentified pump-action rifle

A teenage Bart Tare (Russ Tamblyn) and his friend Clyde Boston (Paul Frison) use a pump-action rifle when they go out shooting. When an older Bart (John Dall) is released from reform school and the Army, he fires the rifle again with his friends.

Although he later switches to a Colt Official Police, Bart Tare (John Dall) first uses a Smith & Wesson Model 10 during his crime spree with Laurie, using it to hold up a hotel, a liquor store, and a gas station. Several policemen also carry Model 10s.
