What appears to be a stainless Beretta Model 70 is used by Barbara Kean (Erin Richards) in "Mad City: Time Bomb".

Captain Nathaniel Barnes (Michael Chiklis) continues to carry a Kimber Solo CDP as his main sidearm. Gordon aims Barnes's Kimber at him during a fight in "Mad City: The Executioner" (S3E09)

A stainless M1911A1 is used by Oswald Cobblepott aka the Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell", using it as his sidearm.

SIG-Sauer P226

A SIG-Sauer P226 is seen with a security guard in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell". The Gotham City Police Department uses it as their main sidearm.

SIG-Sauer P226R

The SIG-Sauer P226R again in the season, alternating with the regular P226 as a substitute.

SIG-Sauer P226R - 9x19mm, updated P226 with accessory rails, now the standard production version for the P226 (IMFDB still refers to this model as the "P226R" to distinguish between newer and older models).
The safehouse agent draws his sidearm on Bullock after seeing him act suspicious in "Mad City: Burn the Witch".

SIG-Sauer GSR

Dual SIG-Sauer GSRs are used by Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) again in the season as his main sidearms.

Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series

Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) continues to carry a Smith & Wesson SW1911SC E-Series as his main sidearm, initially as he operates in Gotham as a bounty hunter and after he returns to duty with the GCPD. A full-size, stainless steel version is used by Alice (Naian Gonzalez Norvind) in "Mad City: Look Into my Eyes". Jervis Tetch (Benedict Samuel) uses the pistol to shoot Valerie Vale in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit". Zsasz uses Gordon's SW1911SC after being disarmed briefly in "Mad City: Beware the Green Eyed Monster".

Colt 1851 Navy

As in the previous season, a Colt Navy with ivory grips can be seen on a frame in Captain Barnes' office. A second, engraved Colt Navy is seen in Gotham Water and Power in "Mad City: Follow the White Rabbit".

The Smith & Wesson Model 29 is used by Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell), first seen in "Mad City: New Day Rising". In "Mad City: Red Queen", it's used by Jervis in a hostage situation.

Several Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs are seen with GCPD officers preparing for an operation in "Mad City: Better to Reign in Hell", used as their main submachine gun.

The M1928 Thompson is used by the new Red Hood gang as their main weapon in "Mad City: Anything for You" with Butch using one.
