Pistols

Detonics Pocket 9

Motoko Kusanagi uses a Detonics Pocket 9 as her sidearm, first seen in the OVA episode "Ghost Pain". Batou was about to use it in the same episode when Motoko was able to hack into his cyberbrain.

A JGSDF officer assigned to the Ministry of Defense is armed with a Heckler & Koch P7 in "Ghost Pain". He is later disarmed with the pistol used against Vice Defense Minister Sadamoto.

Hybrid Pistol

The pistols used by armed Public Security Section 9 officers in "Ghost Pain" appear to be a fusion of parts and features from the Beretta Mini Cougar and the IWI Jericho 941 RBL Compact.

The Seburo M-10 makes an appearance at the OP sequence in the hands of Motoko.

Walther P99

Batou uses the military version of the Walther P99 as his main sidearm, first seen in "Ghost Pain".

An AMT Backup pistol is used by Motoko to replace her Detonics Pocket 9, now used as her main sidearm. It is first seen in "Ghost Whispers".

Beretta 8000 Cougars are seen throughout "Ghost Whispers", used as the main sidearm of rogue JGSDF Rangers and by Colonel Soga when he takes it from a Public Security officer. Security Police officers use them in "Ghost Stands Alone".

Mateba Model 6 Unica

The Mateba 2008M is actually a Mateba Model 6 Unica, it is used as Togusa's main sidearm instead of the Mateba 2006M as a plainclothes officer with the Niihama Prefectural Police.

Batou uses a CZ Skorpion vz. 61 as his main weapon in the beginning of "Ghost Whispers" when the van he and his fellow rogue Rangers used is attacked by Motoko.

IMI Uzi

IMI Uzis are used by Qhardistani guerrilla fighters at the start of "Ghost Whispers". One is seen in "Ghost Stands Alone" with one of Colonel Hozumi's bodyguards, Yanozaki.

Ingram MAC-10

A few Ingram MAC-10s are seen in the hands of Qhardistani guerrilla fighters at the start of "Ghost Whispers".

MAC-10 was used by Jamie Lee Curtis in the film True Lies - 9x19mm Parabellum. When the gun fell down the flight of stairs, wire was wrapped around the trigger to get the effect.

Ingram MAC-11

The Ingram MAC-11 is used by a rogue JGSDF Ranger soldier in "Ghost Whispers" when he attacked Motoko and the Logicoma at the highway. Hacked anti-firearms officers in "Ghost Stands Alone" open fire on demontrators with their hacked cyberbrains seeing them as armed Qhardistani terorists.

A Police Bullpup Submachine Gun is used by armed police inside Harimadara Heavy Industries in "Ghost Tears".

AK rifle

AK rifles are used by Qhardistani guerrilla fighters at the start of "Ghost Whispers".

"Schrödinger"

A fictional bullpup assault rifle appears a few times in the show, seen in the hands of JGSDF soldiers and Colonel Soga at the start of "Ghost Whispers". While unnamed in the show, a replica of the weapon made by Japanese airsoft accessory company Laylax names it "Schrödinger".

Used by Unit 501 combat cyborg Seta Moto during a confrontation with Motoko, Togusa and Batou in the events of "Ghost Pain".

A rogue JGSDF Ranger soldier uses a handheld GE M134 in order to gun down Motoko and destroy her own personal motorbike in "Ghost Whispers". A M134 seemingly mounted on a Mitsubishi UH-60 Black Hawk is used in "Ghost Stands Alone" to take out Motoko during an attempted terrorist attack.

Saito is seen using the Seburo SR50 in the OP sequence of the OVA, which makes a return from the Stand Alone Complex series.

Dual-barreled machine guns are seen as a chin-based mount for the Logicomas as its main weapon.

With one functioning arm left, Batou uses it to assist the Logicoma in firing its machine guns near the end of "Ghost Whispers".

Grenades

Model 7290 Flashbang

Batou uses a Model 7290 flashbang grenade during a confrontation with Unit 501 cyborgs at a JGSDF facility in "Ghost Pain".

Batou uses his cyberized teeth to pull the safety pin of his Model 7290, which is justified since cyberization should not give him a hard time doing this.

M26

A M26 frag grenade is seen at the start of "Ghost Whispers". The only difference is that the safety lever is a bit different than the actual safety levers used in M26s.

M67

M67 frag grenades are seen throughout "Ghost Whispers", having animated based on airsoft M67s with a yellow line dividing the two halves of the grenade.

Sonic Grenade

A sonic grenade is used by a rogue JGSDF Ranger in "Ghost Whispers" in order to disorient Motoko and the Logicoma on the highway and in "Ghost Tears" to disorient armed police by Qhardistani terrorists, which doubles as a frag grenade. Its body and fuse appear to be based on the M84 stun grenade and the M116A1 training grenade.

Milkor MGL

The Milkor MGL is used in "Ghost Stands Alone" by Motoko, Paz and Boma in order to fire 40mm grenade modified with chaff for electronic jamming purposes.

FGM-148 Javelin

The FGM-148 Javelin is used by Motoko to take down the Blackhawk stolen by the rogue JGSDF Rangers. It has the same futuristic features used in Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex - 2nd Gig.

The RPG-7 is seen with Motoko in "Ghost Stands Alone" during a gunfight.

Raizo's Arm

Raizo, a combat cyborg with Unit 501, uses a prosthetic arm that uses electricity as a weapon. Its secondary function appears to be used as a shotgun for close-range fights.

Single-Shot Grenade Launcher

In "Ghost Stands Alone", Batou and Togusa use single-single grenade launcher equipped with sticky gel-based 40mm grenade. This is a callback from Stand Alone Complex where Section 9 uses it to wear down a hacked multipled tank.
