Nice, but where's the trigger?

The following weapons were used in the film Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai:

Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999)

Astra A-100

Ghost Dog (Forest Whitaker) uses a Astra A-100 9mm with a laser sight and suppressor as his main sidearm. You can see it best when he gets the drop on his boss Louie (John Tormey).

Astra A-100 - .40 S&W
Ghost Dog holds his Astra on Louie Louie (John Tormey), keeping his finger is off the trigger, as he is not planning to kill his employer. Note the shape of the textured portion of the grip, the ringed hammer, the shape of the trigger guard and what looks like a takedown catch under the ejection port.

Ghost Dog aims the Astra up the drain pipe of Sonny Valerio.

SIG-Sauer P220

A mobster goon at the mansion shootout has a SIG 220 series pistol, possibly a rubber prop.

Goon with a SIG pistol is shot during Ghost Dog's assault.

Ruger MK II

Ghost Dog's other pistol is a suppressed Ruger Mk II. There's a great look at the threads for the suppressor and the home-made suppressor itself in a scene where Ghost Dog is cleaning the weapon and the suppressor, but my screen caps got messed up. You can see the gun pretty clearly in the images below, though.

Flashpaper Beretta

In the flashback where Ghost Dog and Louie meet, Louie fires what appears to be a flashpaper firing Beretta replica (note the weird barrel). I'm not sure why they used a flashpaper gun for this shot, there's no one else on screen, and he has a real pistol that gets fired several times later in the film.

Beretta Inox Non Gun

Jericho 941

The thug that threatens to kill Ghost Dog in the flashback is armed with what appears to be a Jericho 941/Baby Eagle.

Its really hard to tell from that screen cap, but it looks more like a Beretta 1934 to me, rather than a Jericho

Thug about to execute Ghost Dog with his Baby Eagle.

Taurus PT92/100

I'm pretty sure that Louie's gun for the rest of the film is a stainless Taurus PT100. In the last scene I'm fairly certain the barrel markings on the left side read ".40 caliber," though you can't really see them in the screencap, and the gun has a frame-mounted safety.

Louis carries his Taurus Mexican style, and is disarmed in a flash by Ghost Dog when the gun is needed...
...to shoot Marini.
In this shot you can see the safety, looks like a Taurus.
Blurry barrel markings.

Beretta 92FS

Marini is seen with a Beretta 92FS

Ruger Mini-14 GB-F

Ghost Dog retrieves a Ruger Mini-14 with a folding stock from under his floorboards after the mobsters kill his pigeons. Like his other weapons, he fits it with a homemade suppressor. He is about to snipe Mr. Vargas outside his mansion with this rifle when his shot is disrupted by a finch landing on the suppressor and blocking his view through the scope.

The gun in its case.
Aiming at Mr. Vargas.
Ghost Dog marvels at the cheeky bird who blocked his sniper shot, forcing him to charge the mobsters with his pistols. Being a nature lover, he bears it no ill will.

Stainless 1911

One of the goons we see on screen several times carries a stainless 1911, I can't identify the make and model.

The 1911 goon is the second to be killed by Ghost Dog during the mansion assault. Ghost Dog's eyes appear to be closed, but with Forest Whitaker it's sometimes hard to tell, he may just be squinting.

Taurus Raging Bull

I could be wrong about this one, but I think it's a Raging Bull in .44 Magnum. Used by Snake when he and Uncle Joe harass the Cayuga Indian on the rooftops.

This revolver looks more like the Rossi Cyclops .357mag. The slabside barrel, barrel ports, and the squared off triger guard make me think this.

Old guys look tired from climbing all the stairs...
Snake shoots one of the Cayuga man's pigeons.

Sawed-off Shotgun

Used by Uncle Joe in the above scene, make/model unknown.

S&W Model 36

Another one I could be wrong about, I'm terrible at ID'ing revolvers. Ghost Dog takes this pistol with feaux-pearl grips from Remy and unloads it, to prevent his friend from interfering in the showdown with Louie.

Ghost Dog taking Remy's gun.

Compact Automatic **ID Please**

Handsome Frank's gun from the first assassination scene. There's a really clear shot of it, unfortunately I have no idea what it is.

Looks like a walther PPK, but the triggers wrong, possibly a clone or replica or something

The closest thing I have found is the "BBM 8mm Blank Firer," a replica pistol which you can see on the page for Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (listed as PPK).

O/U Shotgun

The poacher who threatens Ghost Dog pulls this weapon from his truck bed.

Unknown Rifle

Seen in the back of the poachers' truck. The older poacher makes a grab for it before Ghost Dog kneecaps him.

The stock of this rifle looks like a Weatherby to me
